Jeroen Jarrel Coombs, 32, was arrested in Florida on aggravated child abuse charges.
He told investigators he “took it too far” and was too scared to call 911.
Florida Deputies responded to a home and found Paisley Brown, 3, unresponsive — She was taken to a hospital, where she died.
Investigators say Coombs was home alone with multiple children and a child witness reported hearing him strike the girl.
Coombs bound the girl’s hands with rope and her legs with tape, dropped her on the floor, and admitted hitting her multiple times.
