So it was ended then immediately restarted when she walked away.

She was Tommy Fellows from CPPs decoy while she made this call. She attempted to mask her voice with her decoy voice.
2 weeks ago, she admitted she was the one who made the call.
We are going full steam ahead with pressing charges for this.
