Yall remember harry philips (the 21 year old Pizza Hut worker Alex caught in league city TX, and whom admitted he jerked off a 1 year old baby’s dick?)
According to Jidion, Galveston county throws out and dismisses every pred catch because the DA there just doesn’t wanna charge them. Therefore, League city (where Philips was caught at) arrests the preds, but just won’t convict them. So, Houston and harris county are actually better, believe it or not. Harris county has like a 50/50 chance of arrest and/or conviction, but Galveston county throws cases out entirely (at least if they’re Jidon’s). Sad!
