Since the two members I posed this question to, last night, (in two separate threads) won't reply, I'm asking the community to answer in the form of a poll, where your answer is completely anonymous.
If your child has no conscious memory of the sexual abuse they suffered and is living a "normal," psychology healthy life, would you force them to see a therapist in order to recall from their subconscious memory the horrific events, possibly scarring them for the rest of their lives, in order to not be selfish and testify at the abuser's trial?
