She was Tommy Fellows from CPPs decoy while she made this call. She attempted to mask her voice with her decoy voice.
2 weeks ago, she admitted she was the one who made the call.
We are going full steam ahead with pressing charges for this.

Frer is the one that called cops. Because there was choppy audio from a distance, he was trying to fix audio. (Mics were recording internally so the locals video will be fine)
He reasonably assumed since the chat (including locals members) was spamming "pickles" over and over again, that i gave the signal to call.
Because of that, the next catch won't be livestreamed.

Coke head Chris is now in jail with NO charges, which is actualy better news than just being in there for a red light. For those that remember, James Harris, the cp guy we caught in Harris County last November was booked in jail for a few days before cp was officially added.
The fact that chris is still in jail shows it wasnt just for the red light. Im very confident charges will be filed.
