She was Tommy Fellows from CPPs decoy while she made this call. She attempted to mask her voice with her decoy voice.
2 weeks ago, she admitted she was the one who made the call.
We are going full steam ahead with pressing charges for this.

Does Mike (PPLI) have “special/slow needs”?
It sucks to ask, if so, but I also don’t want to talk about how retarded he sounds and can barely speak in basic sentences,
if, in fact, he does struggle with “speech”, or retardation in general.
I highlight this point due to yesterday’s catch where Mike said,
“like”, 8 times in one sentence. I specifically recall this instance because the 8 “like umm’s” were the only intelligible words I could comprehend.
(If Mike was the PRED, and we heard him speak, he’d become one of the funniest catch “memes” of the year.
