She was Tommy Fellows from CPPs decoy while she made this call. She attempted to mask her voice with her decoy voice.
2 weeks ago, she admitted she was the one who made the call.
We are going full steam ahead with pressing charges for this.

The whole team has been instructed by me to block and delete any remaining speds on the hook unless theres a reasonable belief theyre harming a child in real life.
Last week, no new speds, now it's any remaining will be no longer pursued, except of course for Brian Clark a 3rd time when he gets out of prison in 10 years.
Wasting hours or days on one when there are so many more dangerous ones to get is the reason. We want to maximize our efficiency and take out bigger threats
