We talked to him on the phone for 30 minutes and staff at the halfway house as well. It genuinely looks like he can't come outside unless there was a forward notice. He agreed to schedule something and talk to us on around august 14th, after we are done with this coming trip.

When I drive all I can think about is black people. Why are they so aggressive behind the wheel? They never use turn signals, constantly tailgating, but they walk slow as fuck across the street. I just don’t understand how they aren’t all dying in collisions constantly. Is their superior athleticism getting them out of harms way at the last second? I don’t get it.
