BIG ARREST UPDATE

Noah Cotulla, the midget sex offender who tried running from us after being caught with cp, has been CHARGED by the feds, after cook county (chicago) didnt want to charge him. Big props to park forest pd for being dilligent and finding a way around cook county's disregard for children.

He unfortunately is flaking, we've been trying to get him for months and it's been a cat and mouse. We are stil working on it, but don't expect a catch tonight at this point.
