She was Tommy Fellows from CPPs decoy while she made this call. She attempted to mask her voice with her decoy voice.
2 weeks ago, she admitted she was the one who made the call.
We are going full steam ahead with pressing charges for this.

Shawn haga, his whole IG (seemingly no longer active) is literally him obsessively going to a school and creepily taking photos with kids on the campus..
the narrows PD’s excuse for not arresting him is that “vigilante stings can be dangerous and some of them provide evidence illegally. He could’ve been entrapped and they should’ve left it up to us to confront him ourselves and give him a stern talking to for the 10th time”
