2 weeks ago, she admitted she was the one who made the call.

David Umlauf, who charlotte nc pd did NOT come out for, has been ARRESTED for child porn. This is our 2nd arrest where Charlotte PD hasnt come out but later seize devices and charge for cp. Lucky them.
