She was Tommy Fellows from CPPs decoy while she made this call. She attempted to mask her voice with her decoy voice.
2 weeks ago, she admitted she was the one who made the call.
We are going full steam ahead with pressing charges for this.

Kenneth Cotton, a pedo we caught during our christmas trip last year, has been CONVICTED. Sentenced to 10 to 23 months in jail. Sadly, hes been paroled. His video here:
