Surprise surprise...I'm 100% FOR mandatory sterilization for men & women (it's just as much on them as the female) after they utilize Medicaid/welfare to handle their pregnancy & birth of a 2nd child, with the stringent exception of if the mother is needing to use Medicaid themselves. MEN NEED TO STEP UP, not leave their children to fend for themselves. Not that most don't, but many don't. They likely aren't healthy enough to be getting pregnant if they're on Medicaid as an adult anyway.
